Simple Almond Milk

Tired of stomach aches and eczema on yourself and or the kids? Try this simple almond milk that has helped us relieve the pain and calmed the itch. Its simple ingredients and quick to make.

Ingredients

  • 7 cups water 1 cup for soaking
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 3 date
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  • 1. Soak 1 cup of raw almonds for 6-8 hours
    2. Strain almonds
    3. Fill your blender with 6 cups of water
    4. Place almonds, dates, and pinch of salt in blender
    5. blend 30 sec. - 2 min. (depending on your blender)
    6. Strain milk in a nut milk bag.
    7. Store in fridge for 2-3 days.

Notes

Optional: Strawberries and or cacao/coco powder to make flavored milk.
